- Is it still available from the beginning of September?
- The address is 27 Hillside Road, near the university.
- It has two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a shared garden.
- The rent is 750 pounds a month, not including bills.
- You'll have to pay a deposit equal to 1 month's rent.
- Pets aren't allowed, but you can smoke on the balcony.
- The nearest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away.
- Could we arrange a viewing for Thursday afternoon?
