- Thanks for coming in, I wanted to talk to you about your essay.
- Overall, your argument was clear and well organised.
- Your introduction, however, was a little too long.
- You also relied too heavily on a single source.
- I'd suggest reading some more recent research on the topic.
- Some of your paragraphs didn't link very well to each other.
- Try to use more academic vocabulary, and avoid informal expressions.
- Your referencing was excellent, so well done on that.
- If you revise it, I'd be happy to look at it again next week.
