- I'd like to become a member of the library, please.
- Membership is free for anyone who lives or works in the city.
- You can borrow up to 8 items for 3 weeks at a time.
- DVDs can only be borrowed for 1 week.
- If you return an item late, there's a small fine of 20 pence a day.
- You can renew your books online or by phone.
- The library also offers free language classes on Wednesday evenings.
- There are computers on the second floor that members can use for free.
