- I'd like to make a claim, my bag was stolen while I was on holiday.
- Can you tell me exactly when and where it happened?
- It was taken from a café in the city centre on the 9th of April.
- Did you report the theft to the police?
- Yes, and they gave me a crime reference number.
- The bag contained a camera, a pair of sunglasses and some cash.
- The camera was about 2 years old and cost 420 pounds.
- Please send us copies of any receipts you still have.
- We aim to process all claims within 28 days.
