- Good morning everyone, and welcome to your first day as volunteers.
- Most of you will be working in the visitor centre or the gift shop.
- A few of you will help the keepers prepare food for the animals.
- For safety reasons, volunteers must never enter the animal enclosures.
- Please wear your green uniform and name badge at all times.
- Your lunch break is 45 minutes, and the staff room is behind the café.
- If a visitor is injured, contact the first aid team immediately.
- Each volunteer will work alongside an experienced member of staff.
- At the end of each shift, please sign out at the main reception.
