- We'd like to investigate how phone use affects students' sleep.
- That's certainly a popular topic, so there's a lot of existing research.
- We were planning to ask students to keep a sleep diary for 2 weeks.
- The problem with diaries is that people often forget to fill them in.
- Perhaps you could use a sleep tracking app to collect the data.
- But not everyone would feel comfortable sharing that information.
- You'll need to get approval from the ethics committee first.
- We were hoping to include at least 50 participants.
- It might be more realistic to aim for around 30.
