- Hello everyone, and welcome to Lakeside Adventure Centre.
- Over the next 3 days, you'll try climbing, sailing and mountain biking.
- Each group will have its own qualified instructor.
- Helmets must be worn for all activities except sailing.
- For sailing, everyone must wear a life jacket at all times.
- Breakfast is served in the dining hall between 7.30 and 8.30.
- Please make sure you bring waterproof clothing and spare socks.
- Mobile phones should be left in your rooms during activities.
- On the final evening, we'll have a barbecue by the lake.
