- We wanted to talk to you about some problems with our group project.
- One member of the group hasn't come to any of our meetings.
- Have you tried contacting him directly?
- We've sent several emails, but he hasn't replied to any of them.
- It might help to give everyone a clear role and a deadline.
- We've also had trouble finding times when everyone is free.
- Online meetings could be a practical solution.
- If things don't improve, I can speak to the student myself.
- Each of you should also keep a record of your own contribution.
